These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ar888 ("ar888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ar888.ws. • You are accessing the Platform as an individual in your personal capacity and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party for commercial purposes.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ar888, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you are not accessing the Platform in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ar888, and your account has not been closed by ar888 for a breach of this Agreement.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

ar888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to proof of age, identity, and residential address. Where such documentation cannot be provided to ar888's satisfaction, ar888 may suspend or permanently close the account.

To access the betting and gaming features of the ar888 Platform, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• One Account Rule: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active ar888 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times. You must notify ar888 promptly if any of your registered details change by contacting support at [email protected].
• Non-Transferability: Your ar888 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. You may not permit any other person to use your account, make deposits, place bets, or withdraw funds on your behalf.
• Currency: ar888 accounts for Pakistani players operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed after the first deposit has been made.

ar888 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ar888 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. The following obligations apply:

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your ar888 account and must not use the same password across multiple online services.
• You must not disclose your account credentials to any third party under any circumstances. ar888 staff will never ask for your password.
• You must log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• You must notify ar888 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, a compromise of your credentials, or any suspicious activity on your account.

All transactions and bets placed using your account credentials are deemed to have been made by you personally. ar888 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account, provided that ar888 has acted in good faith in processing transactions presented under your credentials.

ar888 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all connections to the Platform to protect data in transit. However, ar888 cannot guarantee absolute security against all possible attacks, and you use the Platform at your own risk in this regard.

ar888 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering regulations and its international gaming licence conditions. By registering an account, you consent to ar888 conducting such verification checks as it deems necessary.

ar888 may request any or all of the following documents at any stage of the account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months confirming your registered residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used to fund your account belongs to you, such as a screenshot of a JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your name, or a bank statement from HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, or Meezan Bank.
• Source of Funds: Documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited to your ar888 account, which may include payslips, bank statements, or tax returns.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are stored securely and processed in accordance with the ar888 Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy.

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the ar888 Platform:

6.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made using any of the payment methods listed on the ar888 Platform at the time of deposit, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.
• All deposits are credited in PKR. For USDT TRC20 deposits, conversion will be applied at the exchange rate displayed on the Platform at the time the transaction is processed.
• ar888 does not accept cash deposits, third-party payment transfers, or funds originating from credit facilities not expressly approved as a payment method on the Platform.
• ar888 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges for which ar888 bears no responsibility.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the cashier page of your account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with ar888's anti-money laundering obligations.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification in full.
• Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum amounts as displayed in your account dashboard. ar888 reserves the right to process large withdrawal requests in instalments.
• ar888 targets processing withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed at the point of request. Actual receipt of funds is subject to the processing timelines of the receiving payment service provider.
• ar888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a pending KYC review.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An ar888 account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. ar888 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy administration fee. The fee schedule for dormant accounts is available on request from ar888 support.

ar888 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified ar888 account and who satisfy the eligibility criteria specified in the applicable promotion.
• Each player may claim a given promotion only once, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Using multiple accounts, referral links, or any deceptive method to claim a promotion more than once constitutes bonus abuse.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ar888 Platform:

8.1 Sports Betting

• All cricket and sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation and ar888 is not liable for changes in odds between the time of selection and the time of confirmation.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules for the relevant sport as published in the ar888 sports betting rules, accessible from the sports betting section of the Platform.
• ar888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred, where there is evidence of match manipulation, or where the integrity of the event is under investigation by a recognised sporting authority.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by sport, event, market, and account tier. ar888 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet or winnings of any individual player without providing a reason.

8.2 Casino & Live Casino

• All casino games, including live dealer titles, operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) or equivalent mechanisms in the case of live dealer games. Game outcomes are determined independently and are not influenced by ar888 or its operators.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for casino games are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be treated as void and any wager placed will be returned to your account balance.
• ar888 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on your end that result in a disconnection during a game session. Game outcomes already determined at the time of disconnection are final.

8.3 Fishing Games

• All-Star Fishing and Mermaid Fishing are real-money arcade games in which player skill influences outcomes within a defined probability framework. Target values and prize multipliers are governed by the rules displayed within each game.
• Technical malfunctions during fishing game sessions will be handled in line with the general casino technical malfunction policy set out in Section 8.2 above.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ar888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one ar888 account, whether personally or through a proxy.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other technical means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or promotional loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or enabling any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of any sporting event on which ar888 offers markets.
• Using the ar888 Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or team-betting arrangements designed to circumvent house edge or exploit progressive jackpot structures.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the ar888 systems, servers, databases, or networks in an unauthorised manner.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or using offensive language toward ar888 support staff or other players in any interactive feature of the Platform.

ar888 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. ar888 recognises that gambling, while an enjoyable leisure activity for the majority of players, can become problematic for some individuals. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account via the responsible gaming section of the account dashboard. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session duration reminders that display a notification after a specified period of continuous play.

All intellectual property rights in and to the ar888 Platform, including but not limited to the ar888 name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, data, and databases, are owned by or licenced to ar888. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in any ar888 intellectual property except the limited right to access and use the Platform in accordance with this Agreement.

You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any part of the ar888 Platform without prior written consent from ar888.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the ar888 name, logo, or branding in any context, including marketing or promotional materials, without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any content from the ar888 Platform on any other website or application without written permission.

Third-party game content displayed on ar888 remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and providers. Use of such content is governed by the terms agreed between ar888 and those providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar888 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising in connection with the Platform, even if ar888 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond ar888's reasonable control.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party services accessed through or in connection with the Platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials as required under Section 4 of this Agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits ar888's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The ar888 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." ar888 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13.1 Closure by the Player: You may close your ar888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your most recently verified payment method, net of any applicable bonus wagering obligations.

13.2 Closure by ar888: ar888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including the prohibited conduct provisions of Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• At ar888's sole commercial discretion, including where providing services to a particular player is no longer commercially viable or where continued operation poses a regulatory risk.

13.3 Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, your licence to use the ar888 Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect after account closure.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ar888 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and ar888 concerning the outcome of a bet, game result, bonus award, account decision, or any other matter relating to your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: Submit your complaint in writing to ar888 customer support at [email protected]. Provide full details of the disputed matter, including your account username, the date of the issue, and a clear description of your grievance. ar888 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
2. Internal Review: ar888 will conduct a thorough internal review of your complaint and provide a written response within ten (10) business days of acknowledgment. For complex matters, ar888 may require additional time and will notify you of any extension.
3. Participation in the dispute resolution process does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
